Primetek Systems is a niche and well-renowned environmental technology company based in Västerås. We help industrial companies increase productivity while improving the work environment and external environment through smart, robust, and customized solutions for managing cutting fluids, metal chips, and stamping scrap. The company currently has 9 employees, a strong position within the Swedish manufacturing and basic industry, and a broad customer base without individual dependencies. As part of the Hyttbäcken group, we have both long-term owners and industrial expertise behind us, as well as a network of sister companies in the group. As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and creating growth. The role combines strategy and operational leadership and is suitable for you who want to be close to the business. You drive sales and customer relationships, develop the organization and working methods, and create conditions for future expansion.

You lead the business through engaged and knowledgeable employees in a familiar culture with short decision-making paths, freedom under responsibility, and great personal commitment.

We are looking for a driven, business-oriented, and technically interested leader who wants to build a company and make things happen. You have experience from the Swedish manufacturing or production industry and are used to working with project sales, larger industrial customers, and business decisions.

You are strategic and structured, but not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You enjoy working through others but can also take an operational role where it creates the most value, especially in sales and marketing. A good financial understanding is a given.

As a person, you are a confident, engaged, and action-oriented leader who thrives in a smaller organization where you both lead and do. You are motivated by developing structures, systems, and people, without losing the familiar feeling.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
